  1. He may be in for a rude awakening tomorrow. There’s loud, and then there’s “no home playoff game in front of fans since 2006, haven’t ever won a championship” loud.

I’d also be willing to bet that tomorrow, for a significant number of the fans going (including me), it will be their first playoff baseball game ever attended, but maybe not their first *playoff game in any sport* attended, considering the departure of our prior NFL team-that-shall-not-be-named. So in figuring out “how” to cheer during a playoff baseball game, I think many people will fall back into what they know: just go bananas for 9 innings. I just hope I don’t piss too many people off by constantly standing up and cheering.

  2. I remember the games at the Q in ‘98. It was so loud in there and the place was literally shaking. I expect no less this weekend. LFGSD!

  3. Kind of a dumb quote, your own fans aren’t booing you lol. Like imagine if some NFL player said they weren’t worried about the Saints or Seahawks home crowd because they also have a good crowd

  4. I feel like the shape of Petco makes it louder than Dodger Stadium from a fan perspective, might be different on the field though

  5. Remember that first home game at full capacity post Covid when the crowd was absolutely rocking? It’s going to be like that X3

  6. I just really hope the Padre fans are the ones with the tickets not those Dodger fans..
Really can’t go to these games but I hope that stadium is rocking!

  7. Why does everyone in MLB keep giving the Padres bulletin board material? Like the team feeds off that stuff

  8. It’s quite different when everyone is cheering against you than for you. The LAmes have no respect for the us. LFGSD
