How have you felt about Bobby Wagners performance through 5 weeks?

We’ve been somewhat decent against the run.
Honestly? Not impressed.
Expected more tbh.
Decent but not what I expected we got a shell of bobby. Produced enough but isn’t playing like “bobby Wagner”. Prime Bobby or even just over would have stopped Allen during the goal line run etc.
His most memorable hit was on a fan on the field

Underwhelming but he hasn’t necessarily been bad. I’d give him the benefit of the doubt for now since he’s only been on the team for 5 games now. Also, I think if you’re winning, everyone looks better.
Is he playing? I haven’t really heard his name being mentioned

He’s lost a step for sure. Not sure if it was worth it yet. Still a lot of season left.
Better than most lb we’ve had in recent years but over rated and over paid. Unfortunately seems like money would have spent elsewhere.

Agree with all of these. Would’ve preferred we used that price point on an edge. I know Von got that paper. (Well deserved)
He isn’t a game changer but I feel like he has helped the run defense a good bit. Shame that there is no pass rush to help the secondary though.

Im giving him the benefit of the doubt currently, its only been 5 weeks. But if he continues to look mediocre by the end of the season Im gonna stop giving him that benefit. And if he still looks mediocre by the end of next season, Ill say that Mcvay/Snead fucked up there.
Better than our previous ILB’s but pretty average. Clearly slow in coverage but can somewhat make up for it with his Football IQ. Above average most of the time in run D. Overall just decent.
I think he’s been great. He’s anchored a top 10 defense overall and a top 5 defense against the run. He’s also had some nice splash plays in the pass rush. Definitely excited to see him as the season goes on and he plays more in the Raheem system.
i’m still believing, he’s had some misses but he’s for sure making tackles and our run defense has been much better imo, not prime bobby but still a good pickup with the chance to be a great pickup
Just because you don’t here his name, doesn’t mean he’s not playing well. People who are saying he’s not meeting expectations or he’s underwhelming aren’t watching him play.

When watching him, I feel like I’m seeing a blast from the past. He’s the last of his kind, as in a big LB that will stop the run and hit hard, but isn’t fast and isn’t great in coverage. Overall the team has not been great, so it is so hard to judge specific performances. I believe he has helped the run defense, but can definitely be wrong.

He’s better than what we had but we overpaid for sure.
Bro has more sacks than Floyd so far. Can’t complain about him.
Anyone being underwhelmed or saying he sucks is insane. He isn’t an all pro anymore but he’s been light years beyond what the rams have had at at ILB when it comes to consistent production. He’s a ILB it’s not like he’s supposed to shine on the broadcast. He’s making tackles and not getting burnt every third down on passing plays like reeder did.
