  1. came up in my recommended, pretty interesting video, I hope they do more as the habs play more games.

  2. If I can summarise his issues (or at least, those detailed in this video), they would around being better positioned compared to his linemate, and maybe being able to put more pressure quicker on the puck carrier in some instances.

For me, my biggest question mark when we drafted him was if he was really an offensive player who think “offense”, and not just a big body with some skill. And the good news is that I see an offensive player in Slaf. The skills are here and he has the right ideas, he just need to be a tad faster in his execution and pace and the rest will come together.

I also suspect he gas-out fast, and that shouldn’t be a surprise either. All that board work is taxing, and it’s not because you are a physical giant at 18 that your cardio and overall stamina is on par. He hasn’t complete his physical development.

  3. My 2 game analysis, he looks nervous. Thinking instead of reacting. Best way to get over nerves is a little bit of anger. Or a shot of tequila.

  4. This video would have been so much better without the nitpicky comments every 15 seconds. Half of it is just not important to critique
