  3. Those digital ads are horrific on the eyes and incredibly distracting from the game I actually want to watch. I don't care how much money you're making off them, they're distracting for those watching from home.

  12. as a wings fan, the devils are not a bad team. i know the score didn’t portray it but they dominated them in shots. hughes is amazing, but that game it looked like he was doing everything. reminds me of patrick kane. they will be fine.

  13. If the wings keep up this kind of hockey without Fabbri and stay healthy, Fabbri will be a good fresh pair of skates to add half way through the season for a lil boost.

  28. Wings fan but hey I appreciate watching great players. And Man, is Jack Hughes an amazing player or what? Wow!.. first time I really got to watch him play.
    . I love what the Wings are doing and building. Its only 2 games but the eye test says they are definitely a different team. They just have to bring it now with that same effort, every night

  36. Figure it out devils!!! We have too many good defenseman for these mistakes to keep happening. Weak plays on the puck leading to costly turnovers, leaving guys open, come on boys. The offense can only do so much and shoot so much. We need our defense to show up. Severson and Graves need to ring that pick out off the boards. On the stick, off the stick when it's in your end. Stop changing the lines too Lindy! I saw Hughes with 8 different forwards throughout this game!

  38. I have never been so excited going into a hockey season. That said, regarding the NJ game, I'm a little concerned that the Devils had so many shots and good scoring chances. What we loved about the Montreal game was the stingy defensive execution. But that was against a pretty weak team. Either way, it is great to see the new faces contributing so much, and to see signs of a great coach who knows how to get his players to buy-in to play a winning system. Power play looks very good, though it has yet to score. Steve Y made great changes over the off-season! They look to have a great shot of getting that wild card spot!
