  1. Lol we got lucky this game. As usual make every QB look great against us. Turnovers and Penalties along with Cook sealing the game off.

  2. Kendricks rating is something else. I know he hasn’t been as productive this year but yikes.

  3. Irv – ouch. TE is a pretty big need going into next year

The interior offensive line sucked, which was evident from watching. It’s still the biggest weakness on the offense. Ed Ingram has been bad all year, just not as bad as some of the turnstiles we’ve had in past years.

Darrisaw had a rougher game than we’ve seen, but Melvin Ingram is playing great this year and could just be a rough matchup that got the better of him

We need to worry about Kendricks’ role in the defense going forward. He was a pretty good cover linebacker in Zimmer’s defense but he’s been getting shredded this year.

Chandon Sullivan appears to make a couple great plays every game and otherwise play badly, slot corner another of those big needs going forward. Maybe one of the young guys can take it over at some point but I’m not sure either have the right makeup.

Our linebackers and primary slot corner playing awfully in coverage is probably the biggest problem with the defense right now, the entire middle of the field is open all the time

  4. The middle of the O-Line was terrible yesterday and is 95% the reason our offense had so many 3 and outs. Luckily they made it work a few drives to help us eek out the win.

  5. We desperately need more depth. It’s nice to see Asamoah, Patrick Jones II, and Cam Bynum developing.

  6. Interesting to see Kendricks graded so highly in the run and so poorly in coverage. Historically he’s been adequate in the run game and elite in the pass game. There certainly were a lot of dudes running wide open across the middle – particularly really fast dudes like Waddle and Hill.

Still though, you have to wonder how much of it is that Sullivan and Hicks are very bad at covering those routes.

  7. still so baffled by the season Irv Smith Jr. is having. It seems like there are just too many mouths to feed in this offense and he is at the bottom of the list. Just crazy with his talent.
