Why every home game gotta feel like an away game?
The audio on tv sounded loud AF when broncos were in 3rd down every time so I hope it was reflected in the stands! That being said, your photo still shows a lot of orange. But still, better than what it used to be. These things take time I think and the chargers are earning themselves a lot of new fans with Herbert and their national coverage.
Qualcomm? Lol. San Diego super chargers, San Diego … chargers chargers chargers!
It’s definitely getting better
You can try to paint whatever picture you want, but once Spanos tried to get a vote with Raiders for a stadium in LA, attendance and interest in San Diego was never the same.
Go back to 2009 and look at stadium. I had season tickets for 50 years, I was there for them all.
To be fair San Diego fans stopped caring about the Chargers once it was clear they were leaving.
I don’t think a game in 2011 or so would have this many Bronco fans
How much were tickets closer to game time?
I feel like In a year or 2 chargers might even be more popular than the Rams
I was there last night and there was for sure more chargers fans than broncos fans, probably 65/35. Their highlighter orange jersey stick out so it’s a little deceiving
Still too much orange but it’s progress.

You need to take the qualcomm pic with a grain of salt though. Prime qualcomm was packed with charger fans every week. Once Spanos made it clear they were leaving, fans told him to fuck himself and you got this
