“What they’re putting around LeBron is an embarrassment…Somebody is not doing their job in LA. Period.” – Charles Barkley.

Chuck saying what we’re all thinking.

  1. We’re not thinking it, we’ve been very vocal about it, apparently not vocal enough, time to join Juan’s party

  2. Rebounding- Clippers 58 lakers 38

    3PT shooting – 20% 9/45

Shooting and rebounding is god awful

  3. I mean it’s not wrong, y’all hate on Charles for keeping it real but love Shaq for being a homer

  4. Why doesn’t anyone point the finger at Lebron? This dude kills our momentum!!! I know he’s our leader and he carries the team, but during crucial situations he either takes a 3 that’s not needed, passes to someone when there’s seconds left in the shot clock forcing them to shot a low percentage contested shot, or he tries to force the ball inside causing a charging foul. Lebron is one of the goats no question, but he needs to change his game at year 20!!! I HATE LOSING THESE TYPES OF GAMES!

  5. We are in a different era now. Failing to knock down 3-pt shots is unacceptable. Why are the Lakers so far behind. They are trying to field a team from the 90s in 2022. The 3-pt shot needs to be a priority. Sure defense is important but the Lakers are having a hard time out scoring their opponents.

Lebron and the Cavs (2nd stint) were ahead of the curve by building high powered offensive teams. Lebron Cavs team fit in this era yet 4 years later the Lakers went an entirely different direction with no shooting

  6. Expected the rebound issue tbh they have about 5 6’7-6’9 main rotation defensive guys going for boards and a decent 7ft.

  7. that play of where lebron spun by george and then met kawhi leonard and he wasn’t even in the paint tells you all you need to know about the spacing lebron is working with. absolute embarrassment.

  8. Shooting is important yes. But Depth is what won the Lakers a title two years ago. Lakers were average shooters in the bubble but had two MVP performances and 9 players.

Lakers currently have 4 players that could compete in the playoffs.

  9. Yeah and you know what Chuck? LBJ wanted Russell Westbrook on the team. I get that he’s not the actual GM, but every decision is run by him.

Having said that, the actual GM has done a shit job this past few years.

  10. Could’ve had Bogdanovic, or Hield and Turner. They chose not to. Good call, good call.

  11. And we could have had bogdanovich for cheap. Dude can shoot and has basketball IQ. Pelinka is the worst

  12. Rob is awful but it’s not like Bron had nothing to do with getting Russ in the first place. He wanted Russ, he knew what Russ gets paid and getting him meant filling the rest of the roster with vet minimums. He got what he wanted. Now any GM work his salt would have told Bron to go kick rocks when he proposed it, but Bron got exactly what he asked for.

  13. It’s funny to me that a lot people don’t put any blame on AD.

This man is supposed to be a top 5 player and he has zero post game and gets locked up and out rebounded by fucking zubac. The only time he seems to score is when he gets fed the ball as he rolling to the rim. He constantly settles for fade away jumpers and seems lazy as fuck getting rebounds. He put’s up the most empty numbers I’ve ever seen on the lakers.

Lakers should shop AD but they won’t get anywhere near what they gave up to get him.

  14. What’s underrated is how shit out rebounding. Find me a championship team that didn’t have at least an average rebounding team.

  15. Should Lebron have signed an extension? Why would he spend his last years around this group

  16. horrendous. why do they keep shooting 3s when they’re all terrible behind the arc? 20% that is so bad. until they get some legit shooters, they should just go midrange or low post to have a better chance.
