‘They certainly have the chops’: The third party at Calgary’s arena negotiating table

This article really says nothing other than pumping the tired of CAA ICON, basically says it could go either way good or bad, depending if they were hired to minimize costs or get a deal done. For example they were negotiating for the City of Edmonton when they gave the Oilers a sweetheart of a deal.
For anyone who is curious, Neil deMause’s website is http://www.fieldofschemes.com. It goes back a LONG ways (to 2002, if my searching is correct). Dude is *super* knowledgable when it comes to this stuff.
