3. I see why maybe they didn’t call it, Marner cuts back last second and gets buried. Sometimes they don’t call that. But, after the Tripping call on the Leafs which I thought was soft, this is a frustrating call to not get.

    Remember this was a penalty too. Consensus was it was ZARs fault and a penalty.

16. Why did Marner put himself in that spot? Gotta protect yourself. Penalty! or not, can’t give up your back with your head down and just hope you don’t get buried. Don’t know what he was doing, an unusual play for him.

20. I’m only watching what I see here but I have to say I don’t see the intent to hurt or injure here. I’m not trying to be stubborn here but I have to side with the refs on this one. Maybe it looks bad cause Marner got cut up a bit. To me it looked as though the guy was just trying to corral Mitch.
