Am I crazy or is Chase wearing a Browns helmet on his chips bag?

I don’t see any stripes either.
Maybe they didn’t have rights for Bengals gear so they used something that look close enough to the team’s colors?
Players can’t use team stuff in their own merch/deals afaik
Looks like the company that makes the chips didn’t want to pay the Bengals for name/logo rights. (Or the Bengals already had a contract with another company to be “the official chips of the Cincinnati Bengals” and couldn’t allow the use of their name/logo on a competing brand.)
It’s a rights thing. Sadly, removing stripes as from our helmets = browns….
They didn’t want a cease and desist letter
It’s just fake. The Browns have 3 stripes down the middle. No NFL license. Just a deal w the player. No B on the jersey or stripes on the shoulder. And no nfl logo
The bigger issue is that THE CHIP BAG IS YELLOW AND BLACK. WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK.
Just a photoshop to avoid rights issues. Looks like they accidentally left the stripe closest to the back of the helmet and the B on the top of the facemask. It’s a bit sloppy, but as long as they don’t get sued, it’s good enough.
