We don’t even have it bad. We could have traded everything away for a washed quarterback, paid him $242mil and be 2-5. We’ll be okay

  1. We drafted a RB in the 1st round who isn’t a top 30 RB in the NFL and traded up in the 1st for one of the worst LBs in the NFL.

Are you sure we’ll be okay?

  2. In the off-season people (mostly national media) wanted: Wentz, Ryan, Watson and Wilson. Mitch may not be great and Kenny is still young but man all those guys either have huge cap hits or required a ton of a draft capital. Steelers played it better than most, just have a guy with rock for brains calling plays

  3. We still have it bad with my Canada lol. Just because the Steelers didn’t participate in possibly the worst trade NFL history doesn’t mean that they aren’t in a bad spot with their offensive coordinator

  4. I may be delusional, but I think Wilson will have a little bit of success with the broncos later in the season or next year

  5. I feel like people are really focused on Wilson destroying the Broncos and ignoring that the Browns made the same trade, only guaranteed the contract, to a guy who hasn’t played football in two years and has 20+ sexual assault cases over his head. The Browns implosion is going to be worse than the Wilson trade when it’s said and done.

  6. Yes, some teams have it worse than us when it comes to the QB situation, for sure. We have been spoiled. Maybe not the last 2 years, but prior to that we could rely on always having a top 10 QB.

This is foreign territory for us!!

  7. Living in metro Denver, I listen to quite a bit of Broncos talk radio. It helps, actually. As down as I felt on Sunday night, the Monday meltdown out here provided perspective.

They are now realizing they messed up big time, both with the Wilson deal and the new HC.

In my opinion, things are looking up for us. For the first time in a while, we’ve had cap space to invest and a promising and inexpensive QB prospect — not someone we traded the future for to win now.

  8. Wanted? Russell Wilson is a labor hero. He tricked a bunch of billionaires into wildly overpaying him.
