Mac Jones’ infamous interception appears to have deflected off ESPN’s SkyCam wire before being intercepted
A Bills fan here found that Mac Jones' interception might have hit the SkyCam wire. I slowed the video down as much as possible. Also not sure how much it actually affected things if it did hit the wire, but it's interesting. https://t.co/4MMgfftt6m pic.twitter.com/OLMpgnsmLg

It could have hit a some lady’s vape pen up in Section 307, he still shouldn’t have thrown it.
Zappe on the grassy knoll
Pick your fighter:
Mac Jones bouncing it off the Goodyear blimp off his back foot
Or
Bailey Zappe stepping into a throw and drilling his offensive linemen in their shoulder pads
If this was a Patriots interception we would have SkyCamGate
Definitely deserves a benching for hitting that wire.
Zappe doesn’t hit wires!
Idk how you can actually tell if it hits from this angle. We don’t even get the lead up to this shot to see if the trajectory changes
Every INT is automatically reviewed so the refs botched this call. Not an excuse for awful play and coaching from pretty much everyone but when you aren’t playing well you need every call.
I find it hard to tell if it hit or not. But for arguments sake let’s say it did hit, it doesn’t look like it changed it’s trajectory that much so much as grazed it. That throw was poorly placed either way when the receiver was covered 3 on 1.
I’d be very interested to see more angles of this
Mac had some shit luck on Monday night. Penalties, dropped passes, this.
So what are the rules for balls deflected by the wire? do we even have those?
Why is the wire that close to the field of play?
It was still a bad decision to throw it in the first place
That’s such bullshit. Our defense was gonna lose the game regardless but this is still frustrating..
