Why is there a small area in Oregon getting the Atlanta/Carolina game?

As a Bears fan, I’m getting really tired of all the Packers coverage.
Rare to get a Bears game in Louisiana, especially competing with a NFC south divisional game
Stupid Cardinals having a game at the same time, damn it.
Man I’m right in the Minnesota game area of Iowa.
There was a time I would call the local TV stations to check with them to see if they were broadcasting the game here in NY. Sometimes the TV guides would be wrong and I needed to know if I had to buy beer for home or save for the bar to watch it there.
I hope the NFL figures out ala cart pricing for fandom when the next contract comes up with DirecTV and drops them. Streams can get clunky and servers drop.
Finally getting the Bears in Florida! Think this is the first non primetime game of the season we get down here.

My 77 year old Dad living in FL is not a Directv subscriber and I tried to walk him through streaming and it didn’t go well so this map will make him and his tech support hotline happy
