  1. They fought and fought, but ultimately couldn’t battle back from the 3 point barrage in the first quarter. Good effort though to stay relatively close the whole time.

  2. Considering we didn’t have Vassell, and they were motivated to try and stomp us…

I’m pretty impressed this was as close as it was. This team is fun.

  3. Going to have nightmares about Nowell. It feels like he didn’t miss a shot in both of these games

  4. This is the result we expected last time, and it took two of our young wings being out to happen. Huh.

  5. Made a team with title aspirations sweat without 2 of our key rotation guys. Competed but ultimately outgunned by a team shooting nearly 70% from the field. I’m satisfied with tonight’s performance

  6. Bit of a rough game for Tre. I think if he shoots better we probably win or lose by single digits. I’m glad he’s getting this experience in though

  7. The Timberwolves shooting numbers look like something from a video game. Incredible. Spurs did a fantastic job hanging in this game and honestly their defense wasn’t even particularly bad

  8. Overall i’m impressed. Sochan has been great, KJ making more strides, Zach and Romeo have been dogs on defense, Dougie, Poetl and Josh doing their thing. Definitely goes to show how important Devin has become for us.

  9. Pop taking Jak and Keldon out last 5 mins and then bringing them back in towards the end was funny

  10. All things considered, not disappointed in that game. Good signs especially down 2 key players, Vassell especially

  11. They shot like 70% from the field and 60% from 3, yet we hung around. We’re a lot better than what the predictions said.

  12. I don’t think we are a tanking team if we stay healthy. Devin and keldon can each give you 20 points. Our lottery pick is already a defensive monster. Jakob is still jakob. Our bench has two veterans who can shoot. You’re not supposed to have a fighting chance against a projected playoff team that’s shooting almost 60% with 20 3s and who is motivated to beat you, especially when you’re missing your other 20ppg player.

It’ll be interesting what kinds of decisions the FO makes this summer. Right now, I don’t think anyone will be traded midseason unless we got offered a deal too good to pass up or we “regress” and end up playing as initially projected.

  13. The team was so short handed at one point Pop rolled out madness Collins/Roby/Sochan/KBD/Langford lineup. 😆

  14. Remember two days ago when we were 6 minutes away from holding the Wolves to a zero point quarter?

    Yeah , me neither
