Hendon Hooker is the only QB worth a damn we could realistically get
He has a ton of flaws in his game, but he’s only 21 and has infinite upside. High risk high reward. Worth a shot in my opinion
Kid was a projected top 10 pick this year. Shit happens, kids have off years statistically.
His sample size against Utah is enough for me to roll the dice on him if he’s best available. He’s better than van dyke, that’s for sure. I still want the kid from kentucky though.
And all hendon hooker is is a discount winston. Very similar playstyles, very similar statistics in college, very similar route progressions. We have hooker at home.
Kid is gonna be a bust in the NFL… I hope the saints don’t waste a pick on him.
This kid is straight up not good and doesn’t show many if any signs that he will he. Dude has regressed throughout this season.
Mock drafts usually mean it’s time for me to unsub for the season. It can’t be that time already can it?!
For someone like this to work out he has to have the right coaching staff and we don’t have that
so many people acting like he’s a great quarterback. I don’t see it at all. he’s had one good game this year and since then he’s been horrible.
I have stated plenty of times that it’s really hard to know if a quarterback has what it takes to succeed in the NFL. That said, I don’t know if I’m really sold on anyone this draft. I think if you can keep him healthy, Young should be good. He’s got a good arm and can make quick decisions. Hooker has looked better than I expected, but I don’t know. I’m not expecting a hall-of-famer, but it’s tough to elevate the team without at least top third Performance.
He has had spurts of great games, but hasn’t been real consistent. He isn’t showing much improvement over last season. Some can debate that it could be the coaching change and I also think the coaches held him back (didn’t let him run) a couple games this season due to lack of depth. He could use another season in college before jumping to the NFL.
why are we even entertaining this shit it’s week 8 and an article by john sigler stop paying attention to him
