It’s wild that San Filippo reported he’d need another surgery before the season. Flyers jumped in front of it and said “nah bro, second opinion. He’s week to week.” He starts skating, suffers a setback, anddddd surgery. Great work, guys. We’ve learned a lot from last season.
Hart needs to fake an injury so we can get this tank to full speed. Would be so easy to just plummet if he’d allow us.
Goddamn. Coots is one of the biggest pieces of this team.
I would have been livid at the time, but imagine we trade Coots at the deadline with a year and a bit left on his 4.3 million deal? That would have been a hefty haul. Again, many reasons it didn’t/shouldn’t have happened, but hard not to entertain.
Why do they not simply splice what is left of him and Ellis together
