  1. I know it’s early and our D-corps is depleted, but I feel like the Sabres need a solid win here—good play by top line, good structure, not giving up a lot of odd-man rushes or breakaways.

  2. Looks like Asplund is odd man out again…

    Clague in for Pilut, paired with Boosh. Dahlin with Bryson, Power with Fitz.

    Anderson will start.

  3. Checking in from a chicago trucking wearhouse where I’m working a twelve hour DAY shift (for once) my new favorite team is playing my ex favorite team today. I hope the sabres can win handily, but it might be a tough one. The Hawks are much better coached this year. The blue line is better thanks to tinordi. Toews is looking better than he has in years, and the new look hawks are a hard hitting bunch. I hope my fave player Tage can score one tonight and skinner too because I have his jersey in home blue. I might even shoot a few crushed red bull cans around the empty parking lot as I brought my stick with me. Go go buffalo. And go Bills. Fuck the packers.
