I just like him cause he’s obviously just a dude that understands he probably shouldn’t be where he is right now. I mean starting Quarterback for an NFL team has to be one of the rarest positions in sports to play. But he’s taking his shot while he can and making the best of it.
When the press ask him questions about stuff before the season started like “is Carson starting over you” and he gives a obvious answer like “of course, they are paying him 28 mil to play” or whatever it is so refreshing. Down to earth gets thrown around a lot but it is very appropriate here. I hope we keep him as a backup for his entire career if possible.
Yeah, he’s a cool dude. I think he’s incredibly relatable. I mean he’s throw in dip, drinkin beers, chillin with his boys, struggling after college and sleeping on his sisters couch for a while. I mean the story, the personality, it’s like most of mid to late 20’s college athletes, post college. The difference being he gets a chance in the pros for a while. It’s an awesome story.

He have the Joe T swag about him! He has to continue to win to remove the label as a “High End Back-Up!” It’s currently a fact they can win with him, but to convince the mass, he have to win against good teams like Joe T did.
