  1. I have two conflicting feelings still:

    1. I want my team to have that “been there before” kind of mentality. Having that cool head where you can stare down your opponent knowing you’ve destroyed them and don’t even need to celebrate is such a good look.

    2. THAT WAS SUCH A SICK PLAY WHY WOULD YOU CARE HOW A TEAM CELEBRATES THEIR IMPROBABLE VICTORY?! I literally do not understand why this rule doesn’t come with some goddamn common sense. Rip your helmet off in the middle of the field because you made a sack? Flag. Rip your helmet off in the back of the end zone on a game clinching td? No flag. Jesus that sucked.

  2. I don’t like the rule. I hate the call. However, there are people posting about how DJ didn’t remove his helmet on the field of play. The ref doesn’t throw the flag until #84 runs down to DJ to celebrate with his helmet already off and they both cross back onto the field of play without their helmets on.

  3. There are certain aspects of a game that emotion should trump and rule like that IMO – that is one of the greatest passes, sequences in the NFL for a little while – and the refs have to insert themselves into it – emotion like that shouldn’t be penalized
