  1. We have to improve

    Ball movement
    Player off ball movement
3pt lots of guys need to practice

I like seeing that accountability is a thing

You do stupid decisions you go to bench

  2. Clearly, we have A LOT to work on. Win is a win but we have to be better. I believe but i have to see it

  3. I think I someone said we’re still like top 5 in the league in generating open threes.

Around teams like the Celtics, Raptors, Spurs, but those guys are shooting 35+ and we’re shooting 26% on open threes.

I’m hoping those open threes start falling, and it opens up the rest of the offense.

*Someone smarter than me,.feel free to stat check me on that.

  4. We don’t run many plays. T Lue even said it that they didn’t really run plays in the summer and they will figure it our in the beginning of the season. Yesterday the pick and roll was working with Zu and should of done it more when we go on our cold streaks. Big Gov has to stop jacking up unnecessary threes. T. Mann and Coffey gotta be way more aggressive in the offense. AND SINK YOUR DAMN FREE THROWS!

  5. Its frusterating for sure, but just remember this. Without Kawhi, I feel like our peak is trying to be a middle of the pack team (contenders with Kawhi). So if the FT% and 3PT% are so low and the turnovers are so high, I feel like those are things that will equal out soon.

But yeah they need to trade Reggie somehow and looks like everyone took the summer off and all those practice photos we saw were staged

  6. I feel Reggie might have to leave. He doesn’t seem connected like he was last year and before. I mean I want him to get back but with kawhi warming the bench and John wall not playing, we need someone who will make plays and not just dribble till for 20 seconds just to give an assist which is useless or turn the ball over. Normal was not shooting well in the first half, but he did pick it up in the second half, so did zu and so did the others. If he has problems shooting at least make good plays.

  7. at least they took 36 threes. there’s no reason they should be bottom 5 in threes taken with.

  8. So if PG plays good, the rest of the team plays like shit. But if PG doesn’t drop 40 we lose anyway.

  9. Not running plays and just jacking up 3s isn’t a recipe for success. If you ask me it seems like this team didn’t practice any offense during the summer and Ty Lue just let them play iso ball the whole time.

  10. There’s a few comments here calling to trade Reggie. Why would you trade Reggie right now? One, he’s not playing well, his stock is extremely low in that sense. And two, Wall isn’t ready to play every game and there’s not another capable PG on the roster (Preston is not ready, sorry).

Reggie needs to be coming off the bench, with Norm. They’re both sixth men playing roles they are not suited for. This is why Kawhi and Wall’s health is extremely important. The more they both sit, the more everyone has to play roles they’re not suited for.

  11. I don’t expect the 3pt shooting percentage to continue being that low. As others have stated, they had open looks last night.

Funny, if the 3-pt % had been just a bit higher, PG’s heroics wouldn’t have been as much fun.
