If this ends up happening, that makes the deal for Ridley even better. It essentially allows us to have a free trial of Ridley (with only picks being given up) and use our cap space to address other positions of need.
She also mentioned that the front office has already identified TE as a need next season so that’s interesting. Wasn’t aware the Bowers kid isn’t eligible though so that sucks.
This would make the deal almost too good to be true so I’m kinda doubting it’s true but hope that it is.
