IIRC it took both Kuemper and Grub a solid 20-30 games with the team for us to see what they were really capable of. Either Georgie just skipped the warm-up period, or else he is about to go super-sayiyen

Its early but he looks way better than Gru, Darcy, and Varly….
No disrespect to those 3… love them all
I know the big talk right now is our 2C question mark, but we won the cup with just barely over .900 goaltending in the playoffs. If Georgie can play the way he’s looked come April, the improved goaltending might just cancel out the hole Naz/Bura left. Less goals, but also less goals against kind thing. It’s been a blast watching Georgie so far
