  1. They look at when they get the shot off but never look at the fact that the clock doesn’t start when the ball reaches their hand either. (See it a lot the last couple years)I get that it’s very technical but with the technology I think they could do a lot better. In the slo-mo on tv he was in motion with the shot already before the clock started and it’s off his hand at .01 so they count it. .06-.08 easy before the clock was started.

    he didn't dribble that ball from just outside the paint into near the 3 point line, he carried it!!
