  1. Damn love the card! I’ve been collecting his cards since he was a rook.

I miss how much he tried to make Utah better. He really questioned us and was very vocal about how the state needed to be improved.

On the court his insane baseball passes were so fun

  2. The ridiculous way he’d twist and maneuver his body when driving. The way he’s move didn’t seem natural.

  3. Watching him torch Russ and Playoff P as a Rookie and thinking to myself we’ve got a future All-Pro on our hands who loves the city.

  4. “Lobs it to Burks, catch and shoot three, no. Rebound- OH MY, MITCHELL!! I gotta see that over and over again”

His first major highlight was crazy

  5. Bubble Mitchell. What the hell happened to that guy? His duel with Murray was unbelievable.

  6. How much he cared about people, I got to talk to him a few times and we’d have these long conversations and he was a guy who seemed to genuinely be interested in what I would be saying he would treat me with the same respect I treated him with, he’s just super genuine

  7. His fight. Honestly he would just keep fighting to be on the court and play as much as he could

  8. Honestly? His grit. He cared about winning and trying his best at all moments! Despite coming up short, he tried. He legit wanted to win at all costs, and that’s hard to come by.

  9. Hi massive generosity and care for the community.

He opened some eyes here that needed to see true charity and judgement free acts.

I’m not sure when we’ll see that again from a public figure (I recognize a lot of stuff goes unseen, but the publicity helps the community).

  10. The hope that I had his rookie season that we were finally going to have a super star here long term. Didn’t exactly pan out, but he still has the potential to be a top 10 player in the league.

  11. How quickly he embraced Utah and Salt Lake City. His intelligence and desire to make a change.

  12. The ESPN highlight play almost every single game. He seemed to always have a couple of head snapping plays. Elite athlete.
