Hopefully Slaf actually is on the top PP! Won’t mind him being on the fourth line if he’s getting some extra ice time through the powerplay.
Personally I don’t think Dadanov has been as bad as some do, but man I was really hoping Slaf could finally get a look on the 2nd/3rd line.
I get you wanna be patient with Slaf, and give Dadanov the opportunity to contribute (to generate trade value), but I can’t help but feel like Slaf is being handicapped by playing with guys who don’t have a ton of offensive talent. I want to see him with people who can match or exceed his skill.
Regardless, I trust Marty has a plan so It’s not a big deal.

Looks like Slaf and Xhekaj are PP1? I saw the Marty quote about X but is Slaf confirmed to be there too?
Happy to see Kovacevic is back! Starting to think that Suzuki and Dach are so good together… Maybe Caufield could be with Monahan and another good passer? Otherwise i think Slaf would be great with Monahan as well! Slaf must be on the power play as well and would love to see Harris and Guhle more on the pp as well. I’m starting to think they don’t want to make the playoffs or something. We have 3 lines that can’t score and Slaf is on the 4th line?! Versus the golden knights, i think Harris was on the ice for the last 2 minutes or something. I see a lot of worrying mixed messages here. Pretty sure the GM or owner has something to do with this.
The three pieces of trade bait on one line. Interesting gamble that could pay off if they can produce.
