They do that in upstate New York too. Cold-cheese pizza is a big thing in Plattsburg and the surrounding areas. Its pretty good too . . . don’t knock it until you’ve tried it.

I was open to new things after going to eastern PA and trying a tomato pie and actually enjoying it. Tasted this sort of uncooked cheese and toppings concoction and it was a vile experience.
