  1. > Dach is already an NHL player with top 6 potential.

“You and Montreal’s management group are the only people that see that. The guy is ineffective. He’s Kotkaniemi 2.0”

Just one of the comments I saved after we traded for him

  2. The Dach trade is looking better and better by the day. It’s almost impossible to find 6’4 players with skill who can skate, and to top it off he’s younger than Caufield.

  3. I don’t know what this team would be without Gallagher. It must be so inspiring for these guys to go to battle with him every night.

  4. I caught myself worrying about Caufield not scoring in a while and had to check his stats.

It’s been literally just 2 games without a goal but I’m so used to him scoring that it felt like forever lmao

  5. *GOOD*

    – Another win for the Habs. Vancouver also played last night but still getting two wins back to back is difficult.

    – Dach was and is outstanding. Smooth on his feet, big, talented, strong finishing ability and slots in nice on that top line.

    – Caufield didn’t score but was good. Oddly, for a little goal scoring hobbit he is lowkey rly good on the boards.

    – I liked Monty again in net.

    – Suzuki always in the good of course. Another goal thanks to Demko but eh Suzuki is racking up the points.

    – Dadonov best game as a hab so far.

    – Gallagher another engaged good game.

    – Hoffman continues the hot streak. That’s four goals on the year now.

    *BAD*

    – They were two posts away from being down only one goal after being down 4-0.

    – Drouin again idk. Yes the goalie made the save on the somewhat empty net but just isn’t engaged at all. Nobody really played bad, but he still stands out as floating and even with the puck it’s kinda meh.

    – a lot of these goals were just awful from Vancouver. Demko was cheeks.

  6. Ive been watching the habs for the past 15 years…first time we have a real first line with ppg players. What a time to be alive

  7. Primary scoring, secondary scoring, solid d and great goaltending! Can’t complain about tonight!

  8. I haven’t even hated Dadonov’s play as much as others, but how the fuck did this guy put up 43P just last year?

  9. Just basically watched 60 minutes of Caulfield abusing Myers on the forecheck.

I think we probably put the nail in the canucks coffin with this one, folks. Good luck to Bruce and good luck to the members of that core that will be playing for other teams in the very near future.

Big fuckin yikes and go fuckin habs.

  10. After we went up 3-0 I feel like a lot of the team completely lost urgency for a long stretch. Which, I get, the mind starts to shift to playing to not-lose with a lead like that. That gave the Canucks some room to mount a bit of a comeback in the third, but the top line crushed that momentum with Dach’s second goal.

Monty is quietly rocking an excellent save percentage for this season.

  11. The crowd’s cheer for Hoffman’s third star tonight was tinged with an apology from the bell centre fans

  12. Can’t believe they actually ended up outshooting us. We need to tighten up our 2nd and 3rd periods.

Also, ALLEZ, ALLEZ ALLEZ, ALLEZ MONTRÉAL

  13. The Dvorak line played really well. Montembault was solid. Guhle and Harris were great. Dach is making it his life’s goal to make me eat shit isn’t he?

  14. That top line of ours is just OOZING with skill and even more potential. So exciting to watch them play together. They are all starting to look like scoring threats AND great passers (especially Caufield?! dude has like 7 assists already) I feel like I could write an essay about how awesome they all are.

Monty also looked crazy good and the defense was solid, as usual. What a bright and exciting future we have as fans.
