Mental mistakes are piling up in Minnesota Timberwolves’ disastrous start

Jon really rips the wolves a new one here, but i am genuinly dumbfounded seeing the level of regression on some individuals on the floor.
Friday’s game will clear up whether or not there’s any hope left for them.
If they’re uncompetitive against Memphis, a team who the Wolves org seemed obsessed with constructing a roster that should beat them, then it’s all over.
I’m not as upset about the lack of effort, or the appearance of it because I know it will come. If it doesn’t, everyone will be out of here.
There are big underlying problems with this team that no one is really talking about. Everyone still looks confused on most possessions, on both sides of the floor. Rudy Gobert is the only trustworthy defender in the rotation. The coaching staff is changing schemes every 2 minutes. We go to zone because no one cam contain the ball. We don’t shoot 3s and are losing the math battle every night.
And the biggest issue for me is that this roster doesn’t suit our best player, Gobert. And it doesn’t suit our franchise players, KAT and Ant. KAT is trying to make it work but he has to change the way he plays every 5 minutes. And Ant doesn’t want to pass the ball to the guy who we traded everything for. It’s worse than I thought it would look

Am I the only one who thinks that these kind of growing pains are necessary? They have to figure out a whole new identity. Things take time. Y’all really thought they were going to be great from the start?
Just give me back our fucking draft picks and our old team and our old announcer. This is straight up fucked.
The people in charge of this deserve to be fired at this point. All of them. I don’t even care if this gets better. This is ridiculous.
Change the fucking defense bro oh my god there’s a reason every other team splashes on us
They just need to find the energy to play hard like they do when they’re down by 20. Just do that for a whole game and good things will happen.

I think we can all agree this is not a high bb iq team. Thats why I think we will get it going later once they slowly figure it out but we’re gonna ultimately be worse than we expected. We shouldn’t have messed with the balance we had going maybe.
