Isn’t that like delay of game or something
Making sure Pat Maholmes doesn’t have enough time.
Smart of Ja to do this but also another example of the refs giving him more leeway than maybe any other player in the league
But Draymond gets a delay of game for tapping the ball to the ref after it bounced off him
Damn tbh that’s so close to being a delay of game imo.
They needed a rest & take fouls are out … Smart
He gave it back to the ref to avoid the delay of game call.
Isn’t the real issue that the game clock kept going, or am I seeing things?
Ant probably appreciated the extra time btw
Now we know which is his fave era of basketball.
This needs more upvotes, that was an incredible run by Ja, he boomed us.
I’ve been watching the NBA for a little over a decade and only found out about a week ago that the clock can start running while the ball isn’t actually in play.
He just like me fr
He’s been doing time wasting stuff so much this season, trying to see what he can get away with. I’m sure he thought he’d get called out for this one but somehow the ref played along
This is a new terrible trend across the NBA
Nah I’m definitely better at wasting time than Ja
That made me forget the basic rules of basketball. You don’t have to hand the ball to the official after every made basket, right?
You should see what the Celtics have been doing
At least he wasn’t walking the dog. Players are doing that shit earlier and earlier in games now. Dude, it’s halfway through the third quarter, just grab the fucking ball and bring it up the court
This is actually getting pretty old. I’d rather see them play basketball
just like soccer if the refs allow it the players will abuse it and the game will suffer for it
This gonna turn into the new Giannis free throw thing.
I’ve been watching basketball for over ten years. No way the game clock keeps advancing while the ball is inbounded. I already read the comments saying it only stops in the last two minutes, but I don’t buy that that’s always been the case. This has to be new. I’ve specifically explained to people that basketball games go on for so long because they stop the clock like every possession.
Ja mad that the ref passed it back at him?? When all Ja could do was roll it over.
Disgraceful to the game. Should be given a Tech
It’s just a winning play right there .
If you saw the delay of game on Green last night hitting the ball pack the player in the 4th quarter in a close game. This should make you furious. What a joke of a league.
They should just go to 10 minute quarters and stop the clock after any made basket at any point in the game. Problem solved.
Ja got away with this while Draymond got called when he tapped the ball back to the ref.
Over Betters HATE him! How one man uses a simple trick to game the system.
Lmao compare this to the Draymond delay of game…
I like the part where he pretends that he doesn’t know how to catch a basketball, and acts shocked that the referee would expect him to have that skill.
