  1. For those who don’t want to read the article:

    1. Jean Segura
    2. Adam Frazier
    3. Brandon Drury
    4. Elvis Andrus
    5. Dansby Swanson

  2. 1. Leury
    2. Mendick
    3. Romy
    4. Sosa
    5. Did I mention Leury?

Our 2nd baseman is already on the roster. Jerry won’t let Hahn spend money on anyone else, so they will keep the status quo.

  3. Jorge Polanco via trade is the most appealing option I saw in the article. At $7.5 mill, he provides a lot without taking a lot financially this year (his contract does go up in 24 and 25, but only to $10 mill).

He’s already been playing 2B. Injures limited him a bit last year, but he’s a guy who has 30 HR potential.

Not sure what the Twins are looking for, but what he provides for the $$$ seems like the best bet here.

  4. My free agent wish is Benintendi, and he’ll take up all the budget (if there even is any free agent budget). If we were to get him, I think all these options are probably out of the budget. Maybe Frazier because he didn’t have a good year? But even so, he’s still a proven MLB player… Get Benintendi and roll with Mendick/Sosa/Romy is my answer.
