Jonathan Jones thriving in new role as outside cornerback for Patriots

I knew this guy was good the first time I saw him was play. He was such a crucial loss in 2017. If was in our secondary for the SB that year, we might have 7 rings.
Glad he’s finally getting some shine.
Cornerback overall has been a pleasant surprise this year.
I’d say I really hope we re-sign Jon Jones, but seems like we’ll just continue the annual tradition of letting our best CB go and still somehow having an above average secondary.
The CB room in general has been outstanding this year. Of course it’s helped by Jon genuinely being an elite outside corner. You love to see it.
Kinda makes me wonder why they hadn’t moved him outside prior. Dude has been lockdown this year.
Are we gonna wear the silver pants again? Or did those immediately get incinerated after the bears game?
Secondary is honestly better than last year. Having Jon jones and Jack jones this year is kinda a better trade off than losing JC
