I’m amazed that we are on that list. I love Lucas oil but the fans only get into the game on third down late in the game. I have been in other stadiums where my ears are ringing from the crowd. Loudest I have experienced at Lucas oil was a one direction concert…

I read that they built lucas oil in a way to funnel the crowd noise onto the field. So while its quiet in the stands its loud on the field. Im not sure how accurate that was but it can get very loud sometimes. Just depends on if the crowd is into the game

The comeback against the Chiefs in the playoffs was nearly as loud as the Dome got in similar games.
The loudest I’ve ever heard Lucas Oil was the Saturday night game against the Patriots. That JT run was insane and the crowd was loud as hell.
I’ve been to a lot of games and no other game has ever compared. Indy fans aren’t insane. They’re pretty mild. They’ll stand up for third down but they’re sitting most the time. It’s kind of lame but I love the team
HA THIS LIST IS A JOKE! Mile high stadium way louder than lucas oil. I have a classic saying when people ask how lucas oil is: “You have 4 beers at Lucas Oil and you are the drunkest in the building, You have 4 beers at mile high stadium and you are the most sober one there”
