[Engels] How do you preserve the confidence of three rookie defencemen going from always playing to suddenly rotating in and out of the lineup? Martin St. Louis says this is how:
MSL is building men, not just hockey players and I think the kids have the right mentality for this process.
Good response from Martin St.Louis here, our young players will grow and improve.

MST futur coach of the year.
He pissed me off so much when he played for Tampa. But man do l love him as our coach!
I hope at some points he suits up in one of those old timers games. With hand gear.
I can’t help but think of Wright when I read this and feel bad for the kid and his situation.
MSL comes off as a great parent with great critical thinking skills. Some hockey players are really smart. MSL is changing coaching in the NHL. No doubt other players are looking at MSL and then looking at their coach and asking themselves if their coach could do better.
MSL is a legend. I’m so glad we have him as our head coach. He is going to have such a positive impact for so long on this franchise and the careers of these young men.
Saint Marty has to be one of the best coaches a player could ask to play for all time.
