Maxx is the best mid-round DE drafted in the past 10 years. Say what you want about Grudock, but Maxx was an incredible pick.
I’ve never seen a modern DE take as many snaps and still be a game-changer against the pass or run (or ST) late in games like Maxx does. It’s incredible how well-conditioned, competitive, and tough this guy is.
Also, it was great to see Ferrell with a couple key defensive plays. Football IQ and hustle go a long way.

We really need to focus on getting him some other defensive play makers in the offseason. Not fair to keep putting it all on him.
