If it’s true that 2B Gleyber Torres is available for a reliever package, I think we need to be involved. The 2B and 3B markets are super slim, so even if we pick up a stud SS and move Baez, we still need to add another piece and we have relievers to spare.
I’m apprehensive to blow up the brightest part of our team from last year, but at the same time it was the bright spot of a 66 win team. Last year’s team and a theoretical winning team 2-4 years from now are going to be vastly different regardless so I will do all I can which is sit back and let the people in charge make the changes they think make the team better.
Is Riley Greene really a “struggling youngster?” I thought this sub told me he was good.
