How he did not even get 5% of the votes on his 2nd round hof shocks me. Great 7 year hof peak stat wise from any position, another 2 years as really good. Lynchpin to a dynasty. Catchers dont have a great 14 year rate average but the dude was crucical from 98 forward

What a piss missile from Golson. Catches it flat footed, one abrupt crow hop when Crawford takes off and the ball is at 3rd.
I mean the fact that he has a career .374 OBP as a catcher and isn’t in the HOF is just absolute batshit crazy. As a comp, Yogi had a .348 OBP.
