I mean I’m as optimistic as it gets but like…c’mon
There are stats again that love the Kraken. But is not very close to reality. Reaching the play offs or even go to the second round would be something between unbelievable and a miracle! Miracle are possible (1980) but I am just enjoying the time now.
They are not winning the Stanley Cup. They are making the playoffs, and I can see them squeezing a first round win, but not winning the whole thing.
That can’t be right, just like Wright dropping to 4th, never happening.

ive found that these numbers are heavily influenced by streaks though. we’re on a streak. penguins are on a streak, etc.
Literally doesn’t mean anything. This shit is stupid and basically asking for a jinx.
I’m enjoying this hot stretch but I certainly wouldn’t call us cup favourites. Playoff contenders absolutely. Almost every cup winner has been lead by a strong number one defenceman and a decisive top centre. Beniers could be that but let’s not act like we’re built with superstars. We work our asses off for high effort wins. We have great depth. We can’t pretend like we have the best odds after a hot streak.
Waiting for the big reveal that moneypuck is actually run by someone in this sub.
Didn’t Moneypuck have us as locks for the playoffs before season 1? Like not even a bubble team?

I hate to see these things. I really hope the players don’t see it. As a fan, I believe in the possibility until it’s clearly gone. But, realistically, take one game at a time.
Look. I love this team. And we’ve been doing great so far… And I think we have a legit chance to make the playoffs this year.
