He still has another year before the draft
I bet we try in that draft if we don’t still need a QB. He’d be a nice emotional boost and we do love some OSU players come draft day.
At this point with Irsays affection for former players I would not be super shocked if he sold every player on the team to make it happen
A simple 4 step plan for 2024
1. Convince him to do something that makes him undraftable 2. He goes undrafted and immediately becomes a free agency 3. We have already informed him we will make him a life changing offer so he turns down all other teams 4. We go in another direction because Ballard “likes the guys we have”
And what would you like the colts to do then? Suck next year so we get a top 5 pick or trade the farm for a top 5 pick?
I’d give 2 1st rounders for him… also need to give 5 1st rounders for Arch Manning 2-3 years after that too.

He’s going to go top 5 next year and it’s one of our best positions.

he’s not draft eligible this year unfortunately

Everyone is already very familiar w this stud and his lineage and his skill set This is just a lot of repeated stuff not pertinent to any current conversations

He’d be great in the regular season, but disappear in the playoffs
Arch + MHJR.
His qb just pulled a Wentz with the classic left handed underneath int toss while being sacked.
