I absolutely loved watching him play as a kid and he was always one of my favorite players because he was so nice in person. I worked for the school district in Park city, he was deeply involved with the school board up there and I got to talk to him all the time…just an amazingly friendly guy who would listen when you talked to him. I was heartbroken when he passed away because I’d known him more personally outside of basketball.
