  1. Us kuminga truthers are feasting right now. I’ve said all year all he needs is actual, consistent playing time

  2. All about effort with Kuminga. Soon as he puts on his hard hat, he should be good 👍🏽

  3. The amount of hate our young guys get is crazy. All these guys need is to be in the doghouse a little, and some encouragement

  4. Never lost faith in him to figure it out this season. I mean he gave us good minutes last season, not like he just forgot how to play.

  5. Kuminga can be Wiggins lite if he just focuses on being an elite defender and slasher. Then he can spend the rest of the season gaining trust of the vets to give him some more designated post sets.

  6. By playing his role, he’s being brilliant.

If he’s trying to be brilliant, it usually has the opposite effect.

Good to see him buying into the system.

  7. He is absolutely showing a lot of growth in this game. I wish Moody and somehow Wiseman also could find a way to make a positive impact to the team this year.

  8. His passing and his defense is really catching up, did you see some of the passes he threaded today?

  9. Despite being the youngest of our projects, he’s shown the most potential. JK just has so much natural talent and basketball IQ. Glad to see him get back to playing at a high level

  10. By the way, did Kuminga actually touch DLo on that “clear path foul”? The commentators discussed this like he did, but in all the replays, I never saw any actual contact, and DLo appeared to trip over his own feet.

  11. The big issue this year was Wiseman and all bench units. You can’t give that to a guy like Kuminga and the say play the system when no one else can.

Keeping Draymond or Stepth on the floor and giving Draymond the bench has brought stability back. It allows a guy like Kuminga and even a guy like Poole to develop properly.

Wiseman also wasn’t nba ready yet so having him off adds a lot too.

  12. His quick-touch assist to JaMychal Green in the lane was next level! He needs to stay in the rotation over Lamb

  13. JK got that killer instinct. He wants it— AND he keeps getting better. Gonna be a regular for us soon!

  14. So true. Look at his rebounding and passing today. He’s not trying to force offense to stay relevant in the rotation.

  15. Please don’t tell me that this sub had any doubts about Jonathan Kuminga, who has **ALWAYS** produced when given a chance to play and a consistent role.

He never had a problem with talent, and neither was he being artificially propped up on account of
his tools; his skillset at the moment is just one in which he requires guidance.
