Kerr knows what he’s doing with JK. He’s brining out the best in him by making him earn his minutes and prove he belongs out there. It’s led to JK learning to cut the mistakes and make high IQ plays
First Kerr says ‘good game’ as Kuminga comes his way and shakes his hand. Then he pulls Kuminga back over and puts his arm around him and talks about what is key. A really nice moment after a great game by JK.
JK is going to have his Kawhi Leonard arc, you heard it here first
Kuminga’s earning that trust. Games like this are currency that pays for a longer rope in future games, so he’ll be able to make a mistake or two without getting yanked immediately.
It looks like he’s starting to get it. I’m so happy for him especially since we’re gonna need him and his athleticism come playoff time
If Kerr is able to integrate Kuminga it will be very difficult to beat us because we will have a second elite wing defender. Edwards was quiet when JK was playing. He needs to play like this consistently then add the corner tree he showed us last year. If he can score 8-10pts with elite defense we are in really good shape.
I really like that he’s staying patient and humble. This will open things up for everyone.
24 mpg rotation slot?
Come on Steve… Let’s do this thing.
Been great to see JK find his feet again with the team. Looking for playable now.
There’s going to be an entire episode on this in the Warriors documentary
JK had actually a good game.
Honestly, Kuminga has frustrating moments but at least he plays with a lot of heart. It’s so different from watching Wiseman play.
Steve really likes JK and JK is really understanding what Steve wants is not scoring but everything else. There’s a good feeling that the roles are solidifying and everything is moving in the right direction.
Kuminga’s defense and rebounding is really coming together.

I like how much he looks to move the ball and screen on offense. He’s getting to the right spots for cutting passes at the rim. His two 3pt attempts were pretty open, just a matter of hitting them is all( [#1](https://www.nba.com/stats/events?CFID=&CFPARAMS=&GameEventID=488&GameID=0022200291&Season=2022-23&flag=1&title=MISS%20Kuminga%2025%27%203PT%20Jump%20Shot) and [#2](https://www.nba.com/stats/events?CFID=&CFPARAMS=&GameEventID=662&GameID=0022200291&Season=2022-23&flag=1&title=MISS%20Kuminga%2025%27%203PT%20Jump%20Shot) ).
Am I the only one afraid he is going to hit his head on the rim.
For all we know he’s talking about how the G League helps a lot of players, in a very ominous way.
First Klay and JaMychal, then Donte and Kuminga. Started terribly then turned it around. Poole’s next. Progress is being made.
