1. Of course it was incorrect, knew in real-time. Impossible for him to set his feet moving that fast.

2. Oh thank you, i was worried they had it incorrect and weren’t gonna tell us about it, even though they’re not gonna change anything about the game.

   On a 4 point game this is game swinging.. why the fuck do they not use the replay system in moments of doubt. or better yet, if the coach has a successful challenge, they should get another one and be able to challenge another play like this.. not hope the refs have it right each time.

3. i find it annoying when they do these. basically saying “hey, we know this call cost you the game, but don’t worry it was actually incorrect and there’s nothing we can do to fix it!”

4. if you look at the thread there were also 3 non calls that benefited the thunder in the final 1:15. can’t blame the refs for this one

5. The real problem here are the coaches challenges. Just because each coach has a chance to challenge a call the refs stopped looking at the instant replay for important calls at the end of the match. That was the most important call of the night. Even if it was correct they should’ve at least checked just to be sure. Keep in mind that both coaches challenges were successful, so if tou really think about it the refs threw away both challenges before they were actually useful. That could’ve gone the other way around also. If they have called defensive foul it would also be bullshit to not check for offensive foul. In the current state of the NBA you need to hold of to your challenge and accept the countless bullshit calls ref make and if you complain you get a tech. I prefer reviewing every call and having 10 hour games than just having them get wrong calls and a day later say “oops our bad”.
