Zion’s getting better and better every game. He’s in tip top form and the team is winning games even if we aren’t even healthy yet
We’re going to go as far as Zion makes us go and he’s been awesome on both sides lately
What a roller coaster. The 31 point lead was the highest of highs of the whole season. Then Herb goes down, the lead slowly drips away, then all of the sudden it’s down to 11. At that point I was definitely concerned, not necessarily about losing but about the poise moving forward. Then Zion went supernova. Dude really went full Zanos and said “I am inevitable”.
Zion was phenomenal all game, 33/10/5/4/2 (4 Steals!) on 81%TS. Great defense as well.
3 point shooting was on point. Shoutout to Trey specifically, he had himself a night as well as almost the dunk of the year.
JV had a nice revenge game went well.
If only Dyson got that 10th assist.
Edit: We also need to remember this was WITHOUT Brandon Ingram and CJ.

It’s cliche to talk about players growing right in front of your eyes, but what Zion did tonight on BOTH ends of the floor to take their best punch and then slam the door was incredible. I’ve never seen that from him before and it makes me so excited to see where this team goes the rest of this season
Great win. I think they found something there at the end with those Zion pick and rolls. Crazy how unstoppable that play is in the modern game.

Sure we won by 20. Sure Zion had 33. Sure Dyson had 14. Sure Trey had 26. Sure JV had 16. And sure we were missing BI and CJ. But Willie can only get 4 out of Jose?!!!?

Two things need to happen when CJ and BI get back. Zion needs to be treated like this on offense all the time (it will get CJ, BI and everyone open looks and way more space). And Dyson 100% needs to get way more playing time. He is way too good to be playing 4-5 min a game
Zion looked like the superstar we all want him to be tonight, looking forward to many more nights like this
On Pace for 50 wins. There’s plenty of footage for Willie to parse. But good team win (mostly). This is nearly a skeleton crew for the Pelicans.

And the grizzlies about to take an L, good stuff!
