Neat. But why keep the stands and why get rid of the Jumbotron? They could have had some epic block party movie nights
Looks like this stadium was demolished in ‘98 and that this was simply a display/expo of model homes. Pretty cool image nonetheless
Well, now we know where they got the idea from in Fallout 4.
The great green jewel of the Commonwealth!
The houses look very English.
This makes me think of Midgar for some reason
Who lives in that house?
No, Who lives across the street
Would be such a cool place to live TBH. Add a corner store and a pharmacy and you have a nice little enclave.
Tom Ricketts checks Wrigleyville real estate prices and has a sudden idea.
There was a proposal to convert old Tiger Stadium in Detroit into something similar to this, with the stands being replaced by multi-level apartments with the actual “field” becoming a park/farmer’s market.
In the end, something *like* that kinda happened with “The Corner” apartment homes, but that didn’t happen until after they had torn the ballpark down.
A shame. While building lodging into an existing baseball stadium is almost certainly unfeasible, this reminds me that it would’ve been pretty damn cool.
what do you mean by fake streets?
That is fucking awesome, I’ve always thought about something like this.
Places like abandoned malls should also be developed

Must suck to pay $40/day to park at your house.
