I know we are all coming off of a smacking yesterday from the Kings. That aside, I was trying to decide when the last time the Pacers were this fun to watch for me. I would have to say that the PG/West/Hibbert teams might have been the last time. But even that might not have been as exciting moment to moment. I think if that isn’t enough we’d have to go back to the JO and Reggie teams.

The first year Oladipo was here was very fun. Bankers Life was hype for a lot of those games. the PG era was fun but it was on a different level as 2013 and 2014, were championship level teams
2018 with Oladipo was a blast
Oladipo’s good year. Not a lot since then until we traded for Hali.

Dipo years don’t rank as high as this team for me. They were fun but this team feels serious.
PG Hibbert West glory days baby! I’d say both 0s are my most hyped players too, going over PG and Jalen Rose respectively
I really like Haliburton and Mathurin and think they could develop into a nice big two. I would prefer to get a top 5 pick in 2023 though so my hopes are a little tempered by cutting the tank short.
But its really exciting to watch our guy going for ROTY, and Haliburton go for his first all star game.
Pacers have been one of the most consistently good teams of the last 30 years I’d say. Never really bottoming out aside from a few down years. Oladipo, PG, O’Neal/Artest, Reggie. Lots of fun basketball
2012 or 2013 was the last time they were this fun to watch (for me, at least)
