How we gonna get back to back interceptions and still lose? I’d say our offense is hot garbage, but we are definitely nowhere close to “hot” anything.

It’s just consistently baffling to me how there are coaches paid professional level money to spend days to come up with plans for a game and deliver sub-20 point performances just about every week when the league is more offense friendly than ever before.
Nearly the entire last drive by the Ravens was penalty yardage.

Taking bad penalties, losing in the trenches, giving up multiple 4th downs. This team is poorly coached. Yeah we have a lot of injuries but this was a game we had a shot to win and we couldn’t get it done. Hackett has to go, at this point I don’t care who replaces him
Props to the defense for coming out and doing their thing every week, despite the offense letting everyone down in spectacular fashion. I’ve never seen an offense this bad. And to think what their record would be if they scored in the high teens each week is just incredible. They can’t run; they can’t throw; there’s no creativity.

I never go to a teams sub after the game but I must say that yall have one hell of a defense and they were damn impressive to me. Fuck KC also.
Honestly today’s game especially at the end showed me Russ can still move. This team just does nothing to utilize it. They don’t give him any rollout and bootlegs like they should.
Pete Carroll utilized his strengths to his fullest. This team is not. I can’t wait when the coaching staff is fired.

Playing Defense in Denver gotta be the most frustrating thing in the World.
Too depressed to write out anything too thoughtful but someone made me think earlier when talking about McManus vs Russ on point productions.
Think these stats are as of last weekend games…
McManus – $17.2M/4 yr contract vs Wilson – $245M/5 yr
Wilson 8 touchdowns X 6pts = 48 points
McManus – (11 extra points ) + (20 field goals X 3) = 71 points
*edited because I took the time to look up how many extra points he actually kicked instead of being lazy
What are you people expecting. Them to be historically dominant every week? I get they are giving up TD’s at the end of games, but Jesus fucking Christ, if the offense can score one TD at any point of the game and give them a break to rest it doesn’t happen. Part of the reason we seem to not have “clutch” defense is because they are fucking EXHAUSTED. Out there for 70% of the game.
The moment we kicked a field goal on 4th and 1 in our redzone instead of going for it, I knew we would lose this game.
They have 5 games left. I don’t honestly see them winning any of them. To make matters worse, I don’t see how we can improve heading into next year. I fear it’s going to get worse before it gets better.
Honestly the end was comical. You could see it coming.

ok, ill admit it. Id rather have a discussion on whether drew or teddy suck less than what we have now.
I don’t understand how you can argue Russ is the problem when players like Mike White, Brock Purdy, and John Wolford are scoring freely. Are we really claiming that Russ is worse than these guys, or is it the coaching difference that is actually the major problem?
In this lifetime, will we ever again see:
(1) Good coaching,
(2) Creative play design,
(3) Timely play call,
(4) Competent execution.
(5) Quality quarterbacking!

Russ had a 77.3 completion percentage today. He is getting better. Just has to get comfortable in the offense. It takes time. These guys are battling. They had a great week of practice.
