Fellow players don’t like roiders, either

That’s the flip side of the VC vote putting Crime Dog in the Hall.

Bonds, Clemens, Palmeiro all got “less than 4 votes” from the 16 member committee [https://www.espn.com/mlb/story/\_/id/35184893/fred-mcgriff-elected-hall-fame-contemporary-era-committee](https://www.espn.com/mlb/story/_/id/35184893/fred-mcgriff-elected-hall-fame-contemporary-era-committee)

  1. My personal stance has mellowed over the years. Bud being in, and even more, the “Three Amigos” managers being in mean that this is discriminating against the players who were the actual users, vs. those who benefited.

  2. What raised my eyebrow was Jack Morris being on the selection committee, one of the most undeserved living Hall of Famers sitting around a table gatekeeping everyone else.

  3. Baloney. They have voted in roiders in the past. Clemens and Bonds were very unlikeable people, that is the only reason they aren’t in. Stop trying to make it a noble reason. They were jerks that is it. People are in that have tested positive for roids. It is 100% that they were jerks. That is all.
