  1. Look at that first MTL goal. Martin's as square to the shooter as a circle.

Terrible goal-tending in the league these days. Most play the puck as if it were a hand-grenade behind the net. Nothing will change there. Bettman will have 40 teams in the league by 2030 and Tempe AZ will be one (w/ 7.5-K there most nights)

Nice comeback but that should've been a Tripping call on Elias in OT. Unless whacking at someone's skates twice is legal.

  2. I was about to give up after Mtl led 4-0 but I stuck it through & didn't give up or changed the channel. I was not disappointed! It was by far the best comeback from the Canucks ever!

  3. As a Habs fan living in Vancouver and went to see the game, all I can say is. At least we have each other to score on lol

  4. Go to the gear icon and reduce speed to 0.25. At 8:39 you can see the d-man for Montreal lose his footing a split second before Petey actually hits him with his stick. Good non call by the refs. Not even really a penalty anyways.

  5. I don't know why people rave about Shorthouse. Why is he always calling penalties against the Canucks. He should be more of a homer don't you think? I remember watching a a Dallas game and their announcers were like "Well Seguin didn't really slash the guy THAT hard"!!!

  6. goalies these days are not goaltending. they just drop to their knees and pray the puck will be stopped by their size and size of their equipment.

  7. YouTube reply shows ref non-call was the right. At 8:50 pause and frame-by-frame: Montreal d-man cuts too tight and looses an edge on his right skate and falls on his own.
