In the beginning of the season Larry Krueger said in one of his live streams that the o linemen are fond of Purdy

I mentioned this to my niner fan buddy yesterday. It’s so fucking awesome to see how excited Trent is about Brock’s first TD, and how much he gasses him up. I fucking love this team man, but especially Trent Williams.
Now if Trent can only get Mike to not let this one get killed!
You know the team is going to support him because he’s got to get them the ball. They know they’re in this championship window and are doing and saying everything to show their support. Whether they believe in him or not. I think generally a lot of niner fans are high off a great win, saying crazy things about Purdy. Sample size is way too small to say he’s better than Jimmy. Some people need to get real.
But I’m not pessimistic, I’m just realistic. I hope KS can draw up easy passes for this kid and get the offense moving. Our playoff chances are still high, but our Super Bowl chances are down big time. Come playoff time, defensive schemes will expose new/rookie QBs.
