  1. Kuz playing behind Bron and AD won a title

Kuz, Beal, and KP is the definition of mediocrity

    hope he gets paid tho.

  2. Kuz said he had to take a backseat to those guys. He also said “rightfully so”.

Love seeing him enjoy his role.

  3. Which was the reason why he suddenly was unable to average 18 and 8 on that team. But all his non Bron and AD teams he’s able to get those numbers easily. Also because Vogel didn’t run offense for him.

  4. Requires to many shots to be consistently effective and even then he’s way to inconsistent.

  5. Meh don’t mind it , he’s a bit wild in his play and that wouldn’t have been good for us or for him as a role player

  6. He’s right, makes no sense for his career to go back to the lakers. He’s a star on the wizards, while on the lakers he was stuck being a role player off the bench.

  7. Kuz isn’t really a championship player. He’s looks great at times if you give him a lot of shots but that’s it. You’ll only win a championship if he’s like the 5th best player on the team.

    – Not efficient enough to be an elite role player.

    – Not good enough to be a top 3 option on a contender.

  8. I mean he is not wrong.

Kuz’s best position is as a PF/SF and Lakers’ best two players are PF and SF.

Not just that. Kuz is a good offensive weapon only when he is a high volume scorer. He isn’t really that reliable on the offense if he is getting around 10 odd shots. He needs around 14/15 shots consistently to get into rhythm as a scorer because he isn’t that efficient a shooter. It was the case with Lakers as well. Its no surprise his best games were when Lakers didn’t have LeBron or AD.

Its not a knock on him. Its just what it is. I still am tempted to get him for say PatBev + a Top-5 protected 1st because he is a wing with good size and scoring ability and Lakers have a 40 year old LeBron and a vet minimum Troy Brown Jr as the only wings in the squad.

  9. Thank you, children on this sub thinks he fits with us, i swear this shithole getting worst everyday

  10. Just like a lot of our former young talent, Kuzma couldn’t blossom in LA as an individual player. Needs minutes and the ball so he could hone his craft

  11. I will say this again. Tonight we saw what we need is shooting and length. Kuzma is a Tweener. A great one, but Lebron is a power forward at this stage of his career which means AD is Center. They should be looking to trade for that SF position and three point shooters who stay good three point shooters when they play on the Lakers. I’m thinking Bojan and Burks sounds pretty nice.
